To the Eats BBQ crew,
Sorry we missed you when you came through. I hope you come through again sometime and try our dinosaur (beef) ribs. They are our newest item, but becoming extremely popular with the Fred and Barny type carnivores, with as much meat as they have on them. We also are (finally) adding pulled pork to the menu, starting September 7th, and would appreciate any input on this item also.
Thanks,
Gregg Meyer, Meyer's Elgin Smokehouse.
